As a Business Mentor with Teens With Mandate, you’ll walk along side teenagers as they develop, refine, and pilot their business ideas. Your role is to ignite entrepreneurial thinking, provide practical guidance, and help them take bold steps into real-world enterprise.

What You’ll Do:

• Guide students in identifying business ideas aligned with their passions and skills
• Support idea validation, planning, and presentation
• Coach them through basic business principles: budgeting, branding, marketing, and customer service
• Help selected students pilot their businesses with mentorship and light fundraising

What You’ll Do:

• Facilitate life coaching sessions online or in-person
• Help teens work through personal and emotional challenges
• Lead group reflections on self-esteem, discipline, mental health, peer pressure, and spirituality
• Contribute to our life coaching curriculum and design empowering experiences for teens
• Provide guidance, not therapy—creating safe spaces for teens to be heard and guided

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate weekly or bi-weekly school-based career sessions
• Manage communication between the school, students, and program teams
• Facilitate student participation in online mentoring and coaching sessions
• Track attendance, participation, and provide timely reports
• Are available on a weekly basis and reside near participating schoolsor teens
